A framework for how the site could be redeveloped was drawn up by Manchester City Council in 2017 and we were appointed to design and deliver the neighbourhood.
We are now seeking views on a draft masterplan for the site, featuring a mix of new homes, flexible retail units and new green spaces in a neighbourhood that captures the Chorlton spirit. Take a look at our vision and have your say as part of our second One Chorlton conversation.
